Hello everyone.
Issue five has been posted on the “read the survey” page. Everyone in the staff hopes you enjoy it! Also, there are a few editorials you may be very interested in. One was written by a fellow senior about Mr. Asher’s work so far. There is another editorial about my friend’s college process – which did not go well at all. Hopefully lower classmen will learn from my friend’s experience! Only one more week till spring break.. keep it going, guys!
Hey everyone,
I hope you’re all doing great. Just wanted to let you know Issue 4 has been posted online and the hard copy should be in your hands on February 26th. Your third period teacher should hand it out! Everyone at the Survey is hoping that you’re all going to enjoy Issue 4
Hey everyone,
How are you doing? We’ve gotten a lot of positive feedback (some negative feedback too of course) on the Survey and we’re eager to hear more of what you think of the latest issues. I’ve added Issue 1, Issue 2, and Issue 3 under “Read the Survey,” so you can download the PDF file there and read it on your computer if you weren’t able to obtain a paper copy of it in school. Hope you’re all doing great!
Is there something that you feel deserves newspaper coverage? Maybe a trend you’ve noticed? Or a group that’s not getting enough attention? A problem that needs to be addressed immediately? Something that’s REALLY bugging you?
Send us an idea and if it’s good we’ll assign a reporter to it! You can even write the article yourself and submit it to us for print. In fact, four of the articles in the Oct. Issue were submissions. (Send to bthssurvey@gmail.com or even leave a comment here…)
Thanks for your help. : )
Note: if you’re writing an article, the deadline is always the 14th of every month.
Hi everyone,
I previously posted the articles online so that they are available to the public. However, Ms. Zoughlami wants to approve of all the articles first before it is published so we’re putting the page on private for now. Don’t worry! It’ll be open to all of you soon. Sorry for the inconvenience… For those who already read our articles, well, then you’re just lucky!
How did you guys like the conference today? I thought it was awesome. I only stayed for sixth period because I didn’t want to miss class – I saw a lot of Survey faces, so that was nice. The journalists did arrive late and Mr Greenman asked his own questions which took up a lot of time. I wanted to ask my own question but time was up for me
I found it really amusing that Erin Einhorn gave her number.. Anyone have it?
Hey everyone!
I’ve added the entire first issue of the Survey for the 2006-2007 year on the blog, so check it out! Just click on the tab labeled “Read Survey” and you’ll be able to read it online.
Thanks to all the staff members including our very own advisor Mr. Lo! Without the collaboration and effort from all of you, this could not have happened. So Survey staff, give yourself a pat on the back for your hard work! =D
Tell all your friends that they can read the Survey online! Please leave us comments and suggestions.
Lots of love,
Diana — Editorial Editor
Hi everyone, and welcome to The Survey staff’s blog! Here we’ll discuss our latest issues, what we liked about them, and what we didn’t. We’ll tell you guys (maybe) some inside scoops to the future issues or maybe we’ll all just be blogging about the problems we come across while writing. I hope all of you leave comments or any kind of feedback to tell us what you think of the Survey! Please keep it to constructive criticism. Tell all your friends about this blog, post it up on sconex, AIM it to people… whatever. Just keep the link moving. We’re hoping to interact more with you guys so that we know what our audience wants!
Hope everyone is having a good start for the new school year!
